Hi Chung,

I just bought a pair of 2.5 CT (007TF25-EU) transformer with output marked as 0V - 1.25V - 0V - 1.25V

In order to get 2.5V output, should I connect both 0V - 0V together, and both wires lead out of 1.25V for filament?

or I should connect the 2nd and 3rd wire together and use 1st and 4th wire as 2.5V output for filament???

Regards,

Allan

hello Allen,

connect 2nd and 3rd wires together, hat becomes centre tap i.e. 1.25 volts connect to second winding of 0 volts, then the first wire, 0volts and 4th wire, 2.5 volts becomes the heater circuit, normally the bias is connected to the centre tap

regards
Joe
